With more than 7 years from our foundation, the University Residence Balcony of the Romeral is one of the lodging options and services more consolidated for students in the city of Malaga.

We have modern facilities (inaugurated in the 2001) and a privileged situation because of our proximity to the faculties.

Our situation in the University Campus of Teatinos offers residents a possibility to use the sport facilities and to carry out complementary courses.

Our services have been designed in order to offer residents a familiar atmosphere, where student can benefit themselves of our suitable facilities for their studies, without having to give up the advantage of their free time, making use of the services that we offer

Dining room: The dining room service includes breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week (Saturdays, Sundays and festival included), and a flexible timetable, adapted to each student's academic need.

Laundry: The Residence takes charge of the cleaning and ironing of the personal and bed clothes, if students wish it.

Cleaning of rooms and common areas: Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily by the Residence Staff.

Internet connection in the rooms: Flat radio connection 24h. We also have intranet facilities.

Reception: Reception permanent service.

Television room and leisure: With videotape, Channel Plus and Channel Digital Satellite

You arrive in Málaga for:

A92, coming from Sevilla or Granada coming from Cadiz

Once arrive in Malaga, railcar is divided in two(center direction and Torremolinos Algeciras direction), you must take Torremolinos Algeciras direction, (the rightest rail).

Now you are in the circumvallation of Malaga.

After a few Km around the city, you start finding some exits to the city.

This exits are, in order:

1.- Carlos Haya, Puerto la Torre

2.-You go through a tunnel, and immediately afterwards, you find Herrera Oria Avenue exit.

Then, you must place yourself in the right rail because of you have to take next exit (Centro-Universidad exit)

Once you have taken this exit, there are two options. First one is Center exit, and second one is University exit. You have to take the second one.

You have incorporated to a new railcar. Continue in this railcar till you find Universidad, Hospital clinico exit.This exit is the second one. Take this exit. Now you are in the University Campus of Teatinos.
