Welcome to the Gredos Field Study Centre. Here you will find fieldwork opportunities for all ages in some of the most spectacular sites and habitats of Spain.

Our center is a leading provider of Residential School Trips, Field study and Outdoor Activities based in the Regional Park, Sierra de Gredos (Gredos Mountain Range) in Spain.

Our educational center in Spain offers a course portfolio for secondary students. We aim to capture the enthusiasm of young students whilst developing their knowledge and skills.

Our centre is situated in a 40.000 m2 rural estate, approximately 15 minutes walk from Navarredonda de Gredos, Ávila.

The center was built in a traditional rustic style to fit in with our beautiful location.

Follow these directions to arrive at our Centre from Madrid airport:

From the airport follow M-40 , N-I Burgos. Then continue on M-40 (circular Madrid). Until exit for A-6 direction A Coruña.

Continue on A-6 until exit 81 (AP-51) direction Ávila /Villacastín. This is a toll road.

Once you arrive to Avila you do not need to pass through the town, i.e. do not go off the main road , there is a circular route. You follow signs Plasencia.

5km after Avila, turn left at junction N-502, in the direction of Arenas de San Pedro.

Once on this road you follow for about 40 km and turn right at junction AV-941 direction Barco de Avila.

When you arrive to the village, Navarredonda de Gredos, you turn left before the petrol station. Follow this road , after 600 meters, there is a sign to Gredos Centre on the right.

A dirt road will lead you to our Center.
