At the Kirribilli you will always find a relaxed warm welcome, here we believe that you should be able to use your accommodation as a base for your holiday and not be told when to come and go which is why all our guests are issued with their own keys.

Here in Newquay we have 11 great beaches to choose from and towan beach is only 5 mins walk from the lodge and the world famous fistral just 15 mins away, when you have had your day at the beach wander into the buzzing town full of surf shops, and trendy sea front café's, recharge your batteries at the lodge then head back into town where there is not shortage of places to eat and while away the hours, all with in easy walking distance of the Kirribilli

Our help yourself breakfast is Served 8.30 - 10.30 which consists of

> Fresh Tea and coffee

> Chilled juices

> Thick sliced brown and white bread for toasting Butter and flora

> Selection of cereals Yogurts Selection of preserves

Then if you still have room we will freshly cook you a full english breakfast (served 8.30 - 9.30)

Our breakfast room is open from 8.30 - 22.00 as we appreciate that sometimes people don't want to eat out for every meal so we provide cutlery, crockery, microwave, toaster and a fridge, so after a long day out at the beach or exploring, if you want to bring back a takeaway, microwave meal, bottle of wine or beer you can and we will even do the washing up.

OUR TRIPLE ROOM IS 1 SINGLE BED AND BUNKS

THE TWIN AND DOUBLE WITH SHARED FACILITIES HAVE A SHOWER AND WASH BASIN IN THE ROOM

BREAKFAST IS NOT PROVIDED FROM OCT - END MARCH, BOOKINGS ARE ON A ROOM ONLY BASIS

(but there are plenty of places just down the hill in town)

We have a NO SMOKING policy.

We are open all year and are happy to accept

couples, singles, families & sensible groups!

All accounts are payable in full on arrival

loss of keys are charged at £10 per set

All damages must be paid for and will be debited from your card if found after vacation

If for any reason you cancel your booking you are liable for the first nights stay
