Majeka House is situated on the outskirts of Stellenbosch and approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of town.

Terms and Conditions:

? Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of breakfast.

? Confirmation of reservations are subject to:

- Receipt of 50% deposit

- Receipt of credit card details (the deposit will be charged immediately)

- Any other conditions that may be stipulated in writing at time of making reservation.

? In the event of a premature departure or no show, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

? We will attempt to meet your request of a twin or king sized bed but this is subject to prior reservations and resultant availability.

? Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

? All levies and 14% VAT included.

? Child Policy:

- Children of all ages welcome

- Ages 0 – 3 stay free

- Ages 4 – 12 sharing a room with adult/s pay 40% of the single rate

- Ages 13 and over will be charges as adults

- We do reserve the right to request identification if we are in doubt of the ages given.

? Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival date: No Charge

- In the event of a Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full deposit paid will be forfeited.

- Cancellations must be in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Accommodation

All rooms at Majeka House are complete with en-suite bathrooms and are stylishly decorated in a neutral palette brought to life by vibrant splashes of colour.

**Superior Rooms**

These three rooms are set on one side of the property and each room boasts a private terrace with magnificent garden and pool views.

**Premier Rooms**

These twelve rooms are slightly smaller than the superior rooms yet still extremely spacious with sliding panels for a view to the bathroom.

**The Villa**

This villa is set to one side of the property and provides absolute privacy and is available either as a two or three bed roomed unit. The villa also has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room and patio with private pool.

From the N2 - Cape Town / International Airport

1. From the airport, take the N2 turnoff to your left to Somerset West. Continue straight on.

2. As you approach Somerset West you will see a Stellenbosch sign. Turn off the highway here and proceed to a stop sign. Turn left on to the R44.

3. Continue straight along the R44 for approximately 10 - 15 minutes you will see the Engen garage on your right and Stellenbosch Golf Course on your left.

4. After you have passed the Engen garage you will turn right at the next road - Paradyskloof Street - This Street is opposite the entrance to Stellenbosch Golf Course.

5. Proceed straight up Paradyskloof Street till you reach a circle. Turn left. The road turns right and passes a tree in the middle of the street.

6. The first street after the tree is Houtkapper Street. Turn right here.

7. Carry straight on till you reach a stop sign. Proceed over the stop street and Majeka will be on your right.

From the N2 - Garden Route / Hermanus

1. From the N2 take the Stellenbosch turn-off - R44.

2. Once you are on the road to Stellenbosch please follow the directions as above.

From the N1 - Cape Town or Paarl

1. From the N1 take the Stellenbosch turnoff (R304).

2. As you enter town – carry on straight till you reach the second traffic light (You should now see the Mercedes dealership on the opposite right hand corner).

3. Turn right into Strand Street direction Somerset West (R44).

4. Carry on straight (you will see Parmalat on your left side after about 5km).

5. Approximately 200 meters after passing Parmalat turn left into Paradyskloof Road (opposite golf course entrance).

6. Carry on straight till you reach a circle. Turn left (the road does bend after turning left and then you should see the tree in the middle of the road).

7. Turn right into Houtkapper Street (the first road after the tree in the middle of the road).

8. Drive straight till you reach a Stop sign. Go straight over

9. You will now see Majeka on your right hand side. Please go to the second gate which is our main entrance.
