Phoenix Backpackers is one of the oldest remaining houses in Jeffrey's Bay. It was built in the 1870's by George Pell and used to be known as the Phoenix Hotel, it has since undergone extensive renovations and is a budget minded establishment where a large treed garden welcomes you to your temporary haven.
The high ceilings and very spacious dorms have large bunk beds on wooden floors, are fitted with clean linen which is regularly changed for guests that spend more than a few nights
