Since your arrival, a staff member will collect you at the airport to bring you home.
If you have a car, there is a 24h surveilled parking for you at 50m from the riad in order to have any worry for your vehicle.
After being accomodated by our host and to have discovered your room, we will have pleasure to offer the welcome tea to you.
We will be during all your stay at your disposal in order to make your stay a unforgettable moment.
Our cooker will prepare you if you wish it the dish of your choice to lunch or dine.
If you are ?with court of ideas?, our host will be able to establish you a personalized program so that you can benefit from your stay according to your desires.
After one day filled well in the souks or the monuments, our basin (heated according to time) will await you to rest you with open sky in company of a plate of local pastry makings and a good mint tea.
On the terrace you will find rest beds and a massage loundge to try the Marrakchis cares while you are surrounded by the incredible mixture of sounds of this splendid city.
You could also take a break in our loundge bordering the basin or comfortably installed in the stay decorated with a chimney and a bar.
After a good diner in one of the restaurant, or on the terrace, and after a unforgettable walk throught the most beautiful place in the world, « Djema El Fnaa », at 10 minutes from the riad, you will finally get to your room a discover the meaning of the symbols gived for each places.

We were thrilled with the location of the riad as it is a short walk away from the main square (Jamaa El Fna about 10 min's) as well as a short stroll around the corner from the souks. The building is totally unassuming, located down a dimly lit passageway right opposite the Bab Dukkala mosque (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!), and, as the doors open, is an absolute surprise with its beautifully tranquil decor, indoor splash pool in the centre of the courtyard and traditionally decorated rooms on three floors. Each room is totally unique, I would highly recommend asking for the water room or the earth room, as they are the best from what I saw. We requested the water room but sadly ended up in the heart room, which apart from the bed was perfectly nice, but nothing like the water room! In the heart room we found the bed to be very uncomfortable for two people, like sleeping in a canoe. Probably fine for one person, but quite unbearable for two adults! The pillows were also the worst pillows you will ever sleep on. We were a group of 5 and everyone had the same problem. I suggest either bringing your own if you can manage it or do as we did and slide a folded towel inside the pillowslip to ease out the lumpy balls of cotton wool for a comfier sleep! Make sure when you book you clearly state that you want to be in this riad. We had a 6th person joining us in our third day and he was placed in another riad on the opposite side of the street which was dreadful. We were quite upset as this had not been mentioned when booking the accommodation. His room was like someone's spare room in an apartment. No character, empty, isolated, and no toilet paper. A bit like an afterthought...He also paid more than we did so just double check your booking with the riad directly before arrival. As long as you are in the riad advertised then you are due a wonderful stay! They have a wonderful roof terrace, which is a great place to eat your breakfast and dinner each day (weather permitting, thunder storms are common in the evening after a hot day) or soak up a bit of sun, away from the busy souks and square. The service was great despite our A level French/mime ability (no one speaks English)! All in all an excellent meal on our first night which I highly recommend (the best meal we had during our stay in Marrakech), friendly staff with peppermint tea in hand to welcome us on our first day and a clean bedroom with fresh towels to return to after a day walking the city. What more could you ask for!
