Avanos Evi is a beautifully restored historic mansion designed for our guests who wish to experience different days by travelling around the site and resting in a peaceful environment in Cappadocia region.

Handmade objects and colorful carpets and kilims that are peculiar to the Cappadocia area were used in the decoration of the mansion. You will experience the old Cappadocia life style with the same plainness, however, it will be just more comfortable!

We have added just the comfort to its mystery from the past.

In addition to your comfortable rooms, you will have a salon with a fireplace, where you can rest and study when you like, and a room, which can be used both as a kitchen and a living room with a beautiful scenery, with a fireplace and a television in the front part of the terrace.

Private terrace & garden (1100 sq.ft.) with garden furniture and barbecue ,open nice views.

At Avanos Evi everything serves for your comfort. We say “Your own home in Cappadocia”; home comfort also with services. Our personnel will enter the house just for cleaning, breakfast and maintenance of your garden, if you like. We do not disturb you unless you call the person on duty.

LOCATION:

In the heart of Cappadocia, it is known as old Avanos and at the region which is maintained by Cultural Ministry. It is 150 metres to the downtown: you can go to the markets, restaurants, bars, banks, pottery workshops and Kizilirmak riverside without having to drive.

You can easily find our liaison office just opposite the town hall in the center of Avanos downtown.
