Thus, you can see that it is not a sort of a factory for tourists, but a well conceived villa offering to guests a closed quiet oasis. This allows the residence to offer clients an opportunity to absolutely relax with a first-class service, not disturbed by the outside life. We are the ideal place to stay for a holiday! The residence is completely new, finished in December 2005, built in the Victorian style.

All the apartments are fitted with luxury furnishing in the Thai style and are fully air-conditioned with above-standard fixtures and fittings. Rooms also come equipped with a mini-bar and satellite TV as standard.

The size of the rooms is from 45 to 90 m² and are available for very favorable prices which are almost incomprehensible for a European when taking into consideration the category of the residence in question.

We built the residence in a strategic place which will meet everybody's liking. Although the tsunami did not reach the island, the residence is very well protected in case of any unpredictable natural disaster.

Included in the price is a complimentary breakfast which consists of coffee, tea, omelet’s, scrambled eggs, fruit, bread, jam, butter and always something à la Thai as an addition. We will do our best to meet even your special requirements.

We can also arrange transfers to and from the airport, piers, etc... If you decide to stay with us (minimum 3 nights) we offer this service for free. However, if you book room in "Last minute offer" with us, we will charge you transfer from airport.

All the apartments are new and fully air-conditioned. In the apartments there are nice large windows leading into the tropical jungle. Among the furnishing of the apartments are: a refrigerator with a mini-bar, a satellite TV, luxury furniture in the Thai style, glass, towels and a safety box.

The apartments are cleaned every day and an extra bed is possible for a special charge 400 THB(Thai Baht) per night.

We are situated on the Soi Samui Moo Yan between 7 eleven store and a broken bridge on the ring road. We operate a transfer service to and from the airport so give us a call and we can pick you up.
