The resort has 7 Beach Cottages each with 2 Bed roomed Self-Catering Apartments and 1 Beach Cottage with 6 Hotel rooms overlooking the Indian Ocean and the beach. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with large burr wood double beds or twin beds, shower/toilets, kitchen, dining room, a private sitting area where guests can drink and watch the sun go down in total privacy.
Our rooms have air conditioning, 240v power outlets, seat and side table, you are provided with house keeping services which include cleaning of the rooms, making of beds, supply of fresh linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. Each Cottage has a private Veranda with a lounge for kitchen. The swimming pool is within easy reach of each cottage and our fully stocked bar overlooks the white sandy beach.

This hotel is in a top position near all the bigger hotels with all facilities, but the Bambury Beach Resort does not have any facilities apart from serving beers and bottles of water. Their menu is restricted to a few dishes of pasta without meat.
It was perfect for me because I could go to the other hotels for fitness room or other services.
I would encourage the management of the BBR to make some modifications to their footpath all over their complex. As soon as it rains, which can happen everyday, the footpath are flooded and you either have to remove your shoes or get wet shoes. This is unacceptable and easily fixed; All footpath need to be elevated by at least 20 centimetres. Staff are friendly. I'll go back sometomes. Frederick

We had a very nice stay on bamburi beach resort
For people thay like to cook by them self is it just one of th most commending places on this specifically beach.
The stuff is very helpfull and kind.
I can recommend this placeand wish everybody just e relaxt time.

I have booked in internet two weeks before arrival and got an email confirmation with room price and contact number. We have tryed to call the number several times but nobody picked the phone. By arrival they told us they do not use that number.
Our booked price was ca. KS 3150.- but they wanted to charge us KS 4500.- at arrival. I refused and after a discussion they accepted what was already written on the confirmation letter. We was asking for breakfast time - they told us after 5 h any time is possible. We went at 7 h in the morning for breakfast but we just got some unpolite waitress they told us no breakfast before 8 h. ( We had to leave to the airport for departure hungry!) Also nobody was helped us with the luggage (we had a 15 months old baby). The pool was full of small children and near the pool it was written that the water got treatment. Somebody told us that writing is 2 weeks old!!! The whole service was unacceptable.
The location is lovely, nice tropical garden with a pool, facing to the ocean... few steps to the water. Safari style cottages having fancy interior, even towels place for luggage and cloth for hanging and the room was spacy. The big terasse is for common use with your neighbour has also a kitchen. Be aware of the monkeys. The warm water is very hot in the bathroom, the toilett flash was not working, also the light in front of the room and in the toilett. The room has aircondition but you can't close the windows - so is very much wasted energy. The room was very sticky without AC but extrem cold by using AC even in the lowest level. I was freezing in the night and used blankets - by outside temperatures of over 30 degrees in the night. At the end I switched off the AC. The moskitonet was full of wholes and gave us no really protection.
