A family run small luxury hotel in which the rooms were renovated in 2011. We’re located in the centre of the village, only a few steps from the sandy beach, 5 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to Thessaloniki city centre and 30minutes from the airport!

‘The Avra Hotel’ is located at the Thermaikos bay in the heart of Perea’s sandy beach which is on the outskirts of Thessaloniki.

We have 29 contemporary rooms and apartments for 1-4 individuals, all of which have been fully renovated in 2011! All the rooms have air-conditioning, central heating, Satellite TV, a telephone, shower with hot water 24hours a day and balconies with a lovely view of the sea! The family rooms have kitchen facilities upon request.

The hotel also offers a breakfast lounge and coffee-bar where you can enjoy your coffee and a 24 hour room service.

It’s also an ideal hotel for people travelling on business as its located only 25 minutes from the centre of Thessaloniki and 5 minutes from the airport. You can combine your stay with a tour in the city of Thessaloniki, boating in the Thermaikos bay and you can enjoy a walk on the beautiful Perea 10 kilometre coast.

Hotel located only 30 mt from the sandy beach of Perea, 15 Km to Thessaloniki city center, 5 Km from the airport and 18 km from the port.

From Macedonia Airport: at the main Airport traffic lights turn right on to the Thessaloniki-Michaniona National Road, heading towards Michaniona. After the sign for Perea, at the second traffic light you see (Goodys fast food) turn right and go straight to the end of the road where you will find the hotel on your left.

From other point: when you reach Thessaloniki you take the direction that leads to the “Macedonia” airport, either you come from the ring road either you come from the town. When you reach airport you bypass the road that leads to that and you follow the signs to “Mihaniona” town. Then the first town you reach is Perea. When you reach Perea you turn right to the second traffic lights that you see (there is a fast food place called Goody`s at the corner) and you go straight towards the sea. In the end of the road you will see the hotel.
