This very light luxury apartment is located a few minutes from Central Station in an old 17th Century house, however completely renovated and upgraded with all modern luxuries.
In the very heart of the old city, around the corner of the famous JORDAAN area you find this beautiful furnished and very tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet little pedestrian street.
On the groundfloor there is a bathroom and a brandnew fully equiped kitchen, on the first floor the bright livingroom with windows all around and on the second floor the bedroom with very comfortable beds, twin or double.
There are staircases to connect the floors
SURPRISE: in the bedroom there is the entrance to a very typical real Amsterdam ROOF TERRACE!
SOMETHING EXTRA:
On arrival you will find a well stocked fridge with all the food and drinks that you can enjoy for breakfast every morning.
You will be master of the frontdoor, no other guests in the building.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Amsterdam, but just outside the hussle and bussle of the main tourist spots (and red light district). It is also close to Centraal Station, so walking to the apartment with your baggage in not an issue.
We were greated by Angela, a very friendly lady. The kitchen is stocked, with a few things, including hams, cheese, bacon, juice and milk for breakfast...we thought that was great.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone. If climbing stairs is an issue, I would not recommend this apartment...it has three sets of stairs that can be rather daunting at first.
Rent a Vespa(scooter) when in Amsterdam. It beats walking and riding a bicycle and it will make it possible to see the "real" amsterdam further away from the city centre.
Overall we had a great stay at Jacob's home!

Just back from lovely weekend in Amsterdam, location was brilliant and very easy to find from the station. Danny met us on arrival and was very welcoming. Breakfast was included, the apartment itself was very clean and tidy! The beds were comforatble too and I loved the roof terrace Saturday morning sitting in the sunshine. Would definatley recommend this for a short stay, just watch the stairs! You get used to them after a while!
