From Marco Polo Venice Airport:

Take shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma (car terminal) then cross the Constitution Bridge over the Grand Canal. After crossing the bridge enter Lista di Spagna and walk for about 100 meters until you’ll see, on your left, a nice courtyard inside an old portal. The hotel is inside there on the left side at the number 262.

From S.Lucia Railways Station:

As you get outside from the station turn on your left through Lista di Spagna and proceed as above.
