The hotel Gounod is located in the centre of Saint Rémy de Provence; it is a 3 star hotel of 30 charming rooms, among which four are junior suites.

Each room has been freshly renovated with its own distinctive character, and some are named in honour of this famous composer, such as Faust’s room and Ave Maria’s room.
Each room has modern comforts, including: air conditioned, king-size beds (180 cms wide), telephone, complimentary bathrobe as well as safe-box and flat-screen TV with Canal+ and Satellite channels. The hotel also offers a residents’ swimming pool with comfortable sun deckchairs and sunshade in the walled garden, ADSL computer terminal, secure parking and an elegant tea room.
The tearoom is open to the hotel’s clients and to the public from 7.30am to 11pm. People can take breakfast and can find the high quality Provençal and Italian specialities, homemade cakes and artisan ice creams and fresh-fruits cocktails and also a large choice of quality hot drinks hot chocolate, Mariage Frères tea and Illy’s coffee.
Our breakfast is free (from 7.30 to 10) and is a Provençal one. It consists of: a freshly squeezed orange juice, a yoghurt, one loaf and one croissant, a selection of dried and fresh fruits, butter and jam and a hot drink.
