The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Even though the apartment is very close to Times Square it is still extremely quiet with the windows facing the backyard.

The apartment has a large bedroom with a big closet, a queen size bed and an armchair. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2, little couch that pulls out to sleep one more person, HDTV with cable, dining table with chairs. The apartment also comes with free high speed wireless Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. The kitchenette is just the right size and has a stove with oven, pots and pans and a microwave. The building comes with an elevator, 24 hour concierge and a coin laundry in the basement.
