After they picked us up from the bus station the service began to go down. They were not helpful with any other tours beside their own. Even though there is a bus at every bus arrival they refused to allow us to get a ride to the bus terminal. When we inquired about making a future reservation the attendant promptly replied they were closed, that the other 2 hostels they own were usually full, and that she had no idea if any other hostels were open. After briskly welcoming us to the hostel they were only interested in our money after that. Nothing more. Friendliness was only to get our cash.
Very nice hostal with extremely friendly and helpful staff. A place to feel comfortable!
