Welcome to Vara de Rey Guest House, a true "home away from home", and the coolest hostel in Ibiza town.

The hostel is full of youthful charm and has been decorated in its own Ibicincan style, with an eclectic mix of recycled and modern art by artists from the Island. It is located in the very heart of Ibiza town, surrounded by early 20th century buildings, and faces Vara de Rey and Plaza del Parque, with unbeatable views of D'alt Vila. It is only a 2 minute walk to the Port of Ibiza: all the best shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and even Pacha nightclub are within walking distance.

If you are looking for comfortable, friendly, cool and cheap accommodation in Ibiza town this is it.

Reception timetable is from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 22.00hs (Sundays from 10.00 to 14.30hs, evenings closed) regarding your arrival time, we’ve just implemented an airport transfer for all our guests arriving after 22:00 hs. That is the time we close the reception. It happens as you should wait in a long queue for a cab (that will charge you around 17 €) for about 2 hours; our transfer would go to pick you up to airport with a sign with your name to drive you straight to the Guest House for late check-in. This service costs 20 € and it is condition for bookings with late arrivals.

5 minutes walking from the port, direction to down town, you’ll find the square garden Paseo Vara de Rey, most emblematic one in town, right in front of the statue (coming from the port, left side of the square), you’ll see a sign saying "Vara de Rey - Rooms" and we’ll be waiting for you on 3rd floor...

And if you were coming from the airport, take bus #10 and get off at Vara de Rey bus stop and keep walking on the right side of the square and right in front of the statue, you’ll find the sign and again... we’ll be waiting for you on 3rd floor!
