Excellent location, near everything such as the Egyptian Museum, Metro, food places and shopping district
Clean place with nice and comfortable beds. And we got a big room with high ceiling
The staff are very friendly, willing to answer any of our questions. And they speak fluent English.
And there was a free airport pick up since we booked two nights with them. It made the journey from the airport to the hotel a smooth one that marked a good beginning to the whole trip.
And Ahmed, the manager treated us to lunch which was our first introduction to Egyptian food.
We booked 2 tours with them, one to the Pyramids and to the Baharia desert oasis. One of the best tours we went on during our entire stay in Egypt. The driver that was assigned to us speaks good English and explained to us the history of Egypt. There was no pushing to buy any thing or additional services.

Free pick-up from the airport came with no strings attached!Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very large with an excellent very clean bathroom. Good value and I would stay here again.

Very good location, good price and satisfactory tour.
Some older facilities, the bathroom is inside the room but without roof.
Request a room that is not on the side of the street, because at 4 am reciting the Koran and speakers are too close!

All four guys that worked there were extremely nice, honest, hilarious and helpful. They saved our lives when I got extremely sick when it came time to fly back to Italy. We had went from the Sinai Peninsula to the airport back in Cairo and I couldn't board the plane therefore returning back to their hotel unexpectedly at 3 in the morning. When my boyfriend and I arrived, we looked at each other and laughed as they were surprised to see us back when we had left a week ago onto our next journey. We asked if they had any rooms we could stay in for a couple days until we sorted out our next flight out and they happily set up a room for us and said stay as long as you like and pay us whenever. Before we arrived we knew they would welcome us back and they even helped us out with my sickness and gave us a free ride back to the airport since we didn't set one up prior to our arrival. They were amazing and I cant thank them enough. If you guys read this...Max and Alicia miss you!! Free tea, breakfast and conversations and really nice rooms. I would not stay anywhere else. Location is great we walked everywhere...museum and talbot square (i think its called), and short cab rides to coptic/islamic cairo. STAY HERE.
