Set in picturesque private grounds with ample free parking the rooms are perfect for guests looking for a peaceful retreat to spend the nights during their stay in Edinburgh.

Each private room has a secure locking door, comfy bed and fresh linen. The are well furnished with space to work, relax and store your belongings.

We have 3 shared kitchens so guests can always find space to

prepare meals and there are plenty of private shower rooms - so no sharing (unless you want to!)
