Private Guesthouse in the green North of Berlin: surrounded by forests and lakes with indoor pool, convenient transport connection to the city centre and spacious, cozy rooms, this location is the perfect place to find some relaxation after an exciting day in the city.
The private Guesthouse is located in the North of Berlin - in a very safe area, approximately 20 minutes to the city centre by car (approx. 35 minutes by public transportation; 24 h bus station (124) in front of the door; S-Bahn (S 25) Schulzendorf nearby) close to the Tegeler forest and lake (with nice beaches and jogging routes) and great shopping facilities, restaurants and bars within walking distance (15 minutes).
We have an indoor pool (8m x 4m / 26ft x 13ft; free of charge) and a sauna (2 Euro p.P.), free internet access and free parking places. There are four nice, well-groomed rooms available (linen and towels included). We offer two spacious rooms with patio (BBQ possible; bathroom/shower across the hallway) and two private ensuits (with private bathroom/shower and a balcony). All guests are free to use a microwave, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea is provided free of charge.
Kids and families are welcome, there is no curfew and the friendly owners can provide you with all the information you need to make your stay in this great city unforgettable (in the summer you are welcome to participate in regularly organised BBQs.)

A very clean and quiet area to stay in...a bus ride from the u-baun. My son and I had a great stay, used the pool and all the amenities. The owners were very helpful with where to go and how to get there. I would highly recommend this to others.

We had a really incredibly nice stay here this weekend. The folks are nice and helpful, the pool is great and the rooms are sober and clean. Free internet is nice. The stay isn't expensive overall! S-Bahn is nearby (but could be closer. Especially if your tired from walking after three days!) and in 25 minutes your at Friedrichstrasse. Great stuff. The S-Bahn is running 24/7 so coming home in the middle of the night is never a problem.
You can park your car in front for free what's a nice plus too. If your going to Berlin i definitely recommend this stay!

Run by a friendly couple who ensure facilities meet all needs. Family friendly and also in a good location- in a quiet area just a short train ride away from the busy centre of Berlin. Recommended!
