Located at the ancient Cappadocian mountain village of Akköy, Akköy Evleri is a unique establishment with internationally recognized pioneering activities in the areas of ecotourism and biotourism. It offers two forms of accommodation, a 8 room, terraced Cave Boutique Hotel and a 3 storey rock house, Uvercinka.

The Cave Boutique Hotel is owned and managed by Mehmet Güleç, a naïf architect born and raised in Akköy while the village was still fully inhabited back in 1960s. Uvercinka is owned and refurbished by Prof. Nergis Canefe, an artist as well as a law scholar. Uvercinka particularly designed as a family residence fully furnished and independent for long-term stay. Both Uvercinka and Cave Hotel's commanding location give you the full view of the ancient village of Akköy as well as the surrounding valleys and mountains with three such village formations, fertile fields, and the unique landscape of Cappadocia.

On Old Nevsehir Kayseri Highway, 14 kms West of Urgup, small village road leads directly to the front of the facility.
