Our 15 inexpensive rooms are fitted with a private bath with hot and cold water, dining area, cable TV, IDD telephone, and Internet access.
Each accommodation also features a sofa, writing desk and chair, refrigerator, mini bar, coffee/ tea maker, alarm clock, cabinet, and safe. The welcome drinks and fresh fruit plate, meanwhile, make you feel more at home.
A hair dryer and iron with ironing board can be requested. Bottled water is provided on request.
Rates also come with daily breakfast, and the transfer from Laocai train station to the hotel in Sapa, when you book a room please inform us your train time table by email.
Locatiegegevens
In order to reach the destination, you need to follow these instructions.
If you come by bus, you have to take a minibus that is heading for Sapa. The buses will take you to the main bus station. Once you exit the station, you need to head west towards Xuan Vien Road.
After, you need to turn left at Xuan Vien Road and you must continue until you reach the destination which should be on your right hand side.

Just stayed at this hotel in the mountain town of Sapa a week or so ago and it really was excellent. Big room with a balcony and superclean - big clay tile shower and nice sheets. All around lovely room. Small restaurant a part of the hotel and the food is definitely made to order and is pretty good. I ate there as i was tired from walking around the town all day and didn`t have the energy to go back the few blocks to hunt down another place to eat. Wasn`t disappointed. They booked a bus tour to Bac Ha - the town where the big sunday market is held that the Ethnic Minoirty people all feed into for the day. The staff at the Fanispan were able to book it that day for the next day and it was a great tour. Lucky to meet lots of really nice people on the same tour and have stayed in touch along the way of our Vietnam journey. Definitely, stay here if it suits your budget. Great value.

Rooms were quite nice and large, and service was very good- staff very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. Rooms smelt a bit damp on arrival, but I suspect this is common in most hotels in Sapa, as the whole town is perpetually shrouded in mist.
I found the beds to be quite hard, even by vietnamese standards.
