Croatian offer of an authentic Dalmatian stone house 150 meters from the sea, located on the Island of Brac in an authentic Dalmatian town of Povlja. The house has a 3 level luxury 90 m2 apartment, fully renovated. Every level with a size of 30m2.

The apartment comprises of the ground floor kitchen/dinning room and a living room with a bathroom and a small private backyard.

There are 2 bedrooms on each of the other 2 floors.

The 1st floor bedroom also has a bathroom.

There is a separate laundry.

The kitchen, the dining room and a bathroom are located on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and it has one double bed and a big wardrobe, TV set and a DVD player. This bedroom has a bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd floor and it has one double bed and one single bed.

Both bedrooms have big wardrobes.

The laundry has a washing machine.

Important information: The apartment needs to be booked as a whole unit that is 2 bedrooms with the total of 5 beds.

Take a Car-ferry from Makarska to Sumartin (Island Brac, 1 hour trip) then take a bus (15 min ride) or a taxi to Povlja. Alternatively, take a car-ferry from Split to Supetar (50 min) and a bus from Supetar to Povla (40 km).
