Welcome to Minshuku Inaka! We are a Japanese style guest house, conveniently located only 2 minutes walk from Ajiro Station, and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Our onsen is 100% natural hot spring, and the seafood is absolutely delicious! Our Okami(landlady) is a very upbeat and friendly country lady, who will make you feel very at home.

We are a small and old guest house with only 5 rooms, but we have a very good reputation in the area, and we are loved by our guests. Our rooms are private Japanese style rooms. The rooms are not new, but we keep them clean for our guests to have a comfortable stay. Smoking is a allowed inside the rooms, but NOT outside the rooms. There are no bathrooms inside the rooms, but there are public bathrooms.

The onsen is pure natural hot spring, no water added, not heated. The hot spring water contains mainly chloride, which is salty, and makes the skin feel silky smooth. It also has the effectiveness of sweating. The onsen is reserved for private use from 15:30 till 23:00, and from 6:30 until 9:00. Each guest (or group) can use the bath for 40 minutes each time.

We offer great Japanese food for breakfast and dinner. Our food is mainly fresh local seafood. You can enjoy abalone, the famous Ise-lobsters, and other types of raw fish. The Ikamenchi is a famous Ajiro local dish, cooked with ground squid and vegetables. Please enjoy it for dinner.

We are 5 minutes walk to the beach, and close to sightseeing spots such as Atami Castle, Atami City, Ajiro Port, etc.

We welcome guests from all over the world, and we do our best to make your stay comfortable.

By Train:

From Tokyo:

JR Tokyo Station to Atami Station , by Kodama Shinkansen, 49 minutes.

From Atami Station to Ajiro Station, by Ito Line, 12 minutes.

We are 2 minutes walk from Ajiro Station.

After getting out the exit of Ajiro Station, turn right and walk for about a minute until you hit a forked road. Pass the road that goes north-east, and turn left on the road that goes east. Walk another minute, and you will find us on the right side of the road.

From Osaka or Nagoya:

Take the JR Shinkansen to Atami Station, and follow the above directions from Atami Station.
