Our Terrazas Del Inca B&B was constructed over the last 2 years, with an eye toward adding every special touch to keep our guests comfortable and happy. The views from our terraces are fantastic and from the rooms you can look over and appreciate all the natural beauty of the town of Machupicchu.
We are only 3 blocks from the train station where you will arrive . From our to the hot springs is just a 5 minute walk. And we are only 2 blocks from where you will catch the bus that will take you up the zig- zag trail to the famous Ruins of Machupicchu on top of Machupicchu mountain. It is a 15 minute ride to the top.

We stayed at Terrazas del Inca for three nights in October, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff were very, very helpful and friendly. There was always someone available to answer our questions or point us in the right direction. Aguas Calientes is a small town and you really can't stay in a wrong spot if you're along the main tourist drag. Terrazas is far enough up that you escape the noise of restaurants and discoteca, but an easy walk to the train station, Machu Picchu bus station, restaurants, markets, and hot springs. Terrazas is located right next to the river, and it was quite peaceful listening to the water at night. Guests receive towels and soap (a rarity in the other places we stayed in Peru), water was hot (again, rarity), and rooms were cleaned daily--more than cleaned--the staff organized our stuff for us! The breakfast that is included in the room price is awesome, and tea is always available. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Aguas Calientes.

Good place, right next to the river. For some this might be a disturbance, as it makes a lot of noise. We quite liked the sound of it, coming from Cusco where the noisy traffic woke us up in the morning. Early breakfast is available if you want to go to Machu Picchu in the morning. Recommended.
