In the year 2003 Mister Carlos Ferráez Matos, a visionary businessman, had the idea to enrich the tourist activity of our capital with the construction of a hotel inside the installations of the building Aries, located at Manuel Ávila Camacho Avenue 42 in the center of the city of Xalapa, Veracruz-Mexico. Nevertheless, for different reasons the works were suspended.

As homage to one of the pillars of the progress of Xalapa, two years ago the project was taken up again with the original thought that Mr. Carlos had, to give a good service and attention to the visitors of our beloved Athens of Veracruz.

Clara Luna Hotel takes the beauty of the gold time in Mexico, inspired by the compositions of Agustín Lara, recognized composer and veracruzano singer, with a minimalist and sustained architectonic style with a great team of collaborator who at any moment strives to offer an unforgettable experience to our clients.

We have 19 completely carpeted rooms: 14 Double rooms with 2 Twin Beds, 4 Simple rooms with 1 King Size Bed and 1 Suite Room with 1 King Size Bed

All Rooms are equipped with one king or two double beds, direct telephone with free local calls, free wifi access, cable tv, elegant ceiling light fan, hairdryer, room service, bathroom amenities, shower only, windows opens, air conditioned, wake up service.

Azul Café Restaurant is a new concept in the service of foods that takes as main influence to the Mexican gastronomy, complementing its exquisite letter with subjects of gossip of Mediterranean origin, with the purpose of to please to all the palates and to obtain that its visit, becomes a true memory in its palate. Open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 pm, Saturdays from 8 am to 10 pm, Sundays from 8 am to 1 pm. Room Service Available at limited hours.
