When the clients come to our guest house, they will be welcomed by a nice garden, clean rooms and Turkish Hospitality with smiling faces.
There are 17 rooms in our guest house. 2 of them are for 4 people, 7 of them for 3 people and 6 of them are for 2 people. There are WC and bathroom in all our rooms. There are also Air-conditions in 7 rooms, too. Our clients can get the hot water for 24 hours, Kitchen, Bar / Barbecue, Internet Access, Laundry Services. There is a free parking area for cars and bikes.
Check-in and Check-out can be done for 24 hours. We can welcome all kind of reservations of small groups.

The payments are done as cash all the time. The payment which is 20YTL per person (the breakfast is 5YTL not included) can be paid by Euro, Dollar or English Sterling.

RSSI agree with this last review. Unless having no other choice, i wouldn't go back to this hotel.
-they tried to rip me off with nonsense price (the prices they list here are a lie)
-electricity went out, nobody even cared to bring a candle or anything to me even though i was the only guest
-unfriendly attitude, only reason why we ever interacted was for anything money related.
-11 oclock check out, no flexibility
-dirty bathroom, i think it wasnt even cleaned before my arrival, hair clogging the drain, paper missing

I can recommend ozcan pansiyon as cheap affordable acccommodation. The rooms are basic but have hot and cold water at all times, you can change your towels and bedding as you wish, I could have done with a better mattress as I suffer a bad back and the mattress was too thin. There are no T.V's in the rooms, but they have one in the main seating area downstairs all turkish channels. I felt extremely safe, a staff member was on duty all night and they have a safety deposit box in the office which is kept locked at all times. My personal belongings were kept in there.
You can have breakfast which is at extra cost and is a turkish breakfast but with the location so close to patisseries and restaurants serving breakfast, you have a large choice of either turkish or english cuisine.
Information and advice is on offer and the staff are very friendly.
I would indeed stay again without hesitation.
