This simple family run bed and breakfast is conveniently located in the \'Heart of the Heart\' of exciting Kuala Lumpur, along the famous Bukit Bintang Walk.
Across the road is the ever popular LOT 10 shopping mall, the Sungei Wang shopping mall. Just slightly further along the road (say a ten minute walk) is the infamous Low Yatt Electronic/Digital Haven Mall and just behind that is Berjaya Times Square (the only mall in Malaysia with a roller coaster in it!).
And if you�re keen on enjoying a beer or say dancing the night away, the glorious Changkat district of clubs, wine bars, restaurants, and cafe�s is just a three minutes walk.
In addition to that, just downstairs there�s a Watson�s Pharmacy/Convenience store, a clinic, Money changers, McDonalds, and a police station just in front of that. But most importantly, the BUKIT BINTANG MONORAIL Train Station is literally a two minute walk from Sunshine Bed�s doorstep!
The monorail can take you from Chinatown, to the KL Twin Towers (Suria KLCC), and even the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Sunshine bedz is one of the best places i stayed in Malaysia. It is so clean and the staff is so friendly. They help you with everything. And it is in the middle of all the shoppingmalls and restaurants. The subway and the hop on hop off bus stops in front of it. They have internet and very nice showers.
The two things i can think of that i didn't like is the airco, because, i'm always cold and the sheets were too small for me.. and it is a bit noisy in the night. (especially when your sleeping in a room with someone snoaring..) But it depends on wich room you stay.. the firt time i slept on the roadside, so i heard the traffic.

Excellent location, very clean and modern, wireless internet at no extra cost, enough showers and toilets, so there is never a queue. THey also sell cold drinks at reception which are cheaper than in the shops on the street!
there is no lift to the third floor though so you will have to cary your suitcase up the narrow staircase yourself. Also the lounge area is quite small and not very inviting but you can still meet great people there!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They sold us discounted tickets and gave us good advice how to spend our only day in Kuala Lumpur. Everything was clean and nice. The location was prime and the price was pretty good. I really liked that they had free computers to use. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing too bad - I was still able to sleep. All in all, a great place to stay in KL.

Sunshine Bedz KL is recommendated hostel in KL. It's clean, tidy, and the location is near from public transportation, meal spot, other public facilities. The owners, especially Alexandra is friendly and helpfull. She provide information about tourist spots at KL.
As informed by Alexandra that the hostel just operated for 6 months, I think the owner should provide straight rules for the guests; i.e : guests have to clean the dishes by themselves.
Hopefully the hostel will improve in the future

This bed & breakfast is very recommended! Great VALUE and Great location (golden triangle). Near from shopping centre, convinient store, 24hr fast food resto, and most important is very near from Bukit Bintang Monorail Station. It took only 20 minutes for us reached Twin Tower by foot and 15 minutes to KL Sentral by monorail. We took the double room which was clean and tidy, also we got everything we need; air conditioner, lockers in the room, free internet and wifi, warm water and also shower gel. And simple breakfast toast & coffe/tea is provided! The services were great, the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location opposite the monorail station, we found it really easily! Lots to do within walking distance. Sunshine Bedz was clean, comfortable and had great facilities but the best aspect was that the people who run the place were so friendly and helpful, there was a really good atmosphere in the hostel. Would definitely recommend!

We got there late at night (01.00 a.m.) and we were `sunshinely` welcomed!! The crew is so kindly, friendly and awesome. Our room was fine and the bathrooms are clean. The whole hostel looks very new and modern. It offers everything you need (lockers in the room, free internet and wifi, warm water and also shower gel.) The breakfast was very fine. It was a continental one with more than two toasts! :-) The best was the Coconut Jam. When you get there, try it! Also the special cakes in the morning!
The location is also great. In the heart of the golden triangle. So all the food courts and shopping centers are not far away. Also the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower are reachable by walk.Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!!!
