Casa Ana, Lima, Peru

Casa Ana is a clean, quiet, great value family-run bed and breakfast place for backpackers. It is located in central Lima in a pleasant non-touristic neighbourhood. It provides airport pickup at any time of day or night.

Casa Ana is run by Ana and her daughter Priscilla and helped by Hein (Dutch). While respecting privacy we like our guests to feel at home in our place, and in Lima. In an informal atmosphere we try to be of assistance in anything that may come up. Our facilities include free Wi-Fi in all rooms, a roof terrace and a common area. We are located in a pleasant non-touristic neighbourhood, in a nice green street. There are many facilities around Casa Ana, such as the local market, banks, exchange offices, internet cafes, laundry, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, an immigration office and more.

There are four rooms, a single room, a room with a double bed, a room with two beds and a room with three to four beds. Our showers have hot water during 24 hours. Bed sheets and towels are provided.

Pickup from airport: Pickup from airport possible any time day or night (US$17). If needed pls send flightnumber, town of departure of flight and expected arrival time.

From airport by taxi: Airport advised Taxi Green has fixed listed prices for various districts of Lima. Counters at international and national arrivals. Price to Casa Ana in Breña is 30 soles. Tell driver Casa Ana´s address, Pichincha 415, Breña, is one block from Hospital del Niño in Avenida Brazil. If the driver tries to convince you to go to more expensive hostel with all sorts of stories (road blocks, processions, safety, floods, etc.), say you know us. Then he will stop trying to get you to different place. Casa Ana is painted yellow/brown, tree in front of it. Just ring bell.

From airport by bus: No bus, train or other public transport from airport into Lima.

From busstation by taxi: Tell taxi driver our addres, Jirón Pichincha 415, is in Breña one block from the Hospital del Niño. If driver tries to convince you to go to more expensive hostel with all sorts of stories (road blocks, processions, safety, floods, etc.), say you know us. Then he will stop trying to get you to different place. Casa Ana is painted yellow/brown with tree in front. Just ring bell.

By car or foot: From Plaza Bolognesi in central Lima take Av. Brazil. Between block 5 and 6 (just before Hospital del Niño) turn right (Jirón Independencia). Turn right again after one block and find Casa Ana at Jr. Pichincha 415.
