Recently opened in January 2011, Nice Way Sintra Palace is located in a totally refurbished old palace house in the center of the mysterious and romantic town of Sintra.

The hostel offers private and shared accommodation, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room which opens into a beautiful garden.

The hostel affords spectacular vistas of Sintra, crowned by two peaks, the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace.

An excellent public transport network will easily take you to Sintra beach side (25 min), Cascais (30 min), Lisbon (40 min), Mafra (45 min), Ericeira (60 min).

The breakfast is included!

Our reception is open 24 hours a day and there is free wireless internet.

Nice Way Sintra Palace was good value for money, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the place down was a lack of hot water.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nice Way Sintra and were impressed by the welcoming and friendly staff. We felt as if we were part of a family.
The three course evening meal for 8,50€ was the best food we ate in Portugal, as it was home cooked, delicious and shared with very nice people in a very pleasant atmosphere.
This was the first and only hostel we had booked on our trip through four countries, stayed in 3star hotels in other places. In future we would certainly stay in more hostels, because we had a great time in Nice Way Sintra.

Loved the place. We stayed in the private room with an ensuite and it was an extremely charming room. However, we looked in at some of the dorm rooms and the whole place is really nice! Its got a great feel to it, its clean, the staff were great, the views are stunning, and the location is perfect to explore Sintra. Highly recommended! :)
