Kamari village is a popular beach resort with a long promenade and is only 8km (15 minutes by bus) from the capital of the island, Fira and close to the island's sites, port and airport, JTR.

Nice and friendly staff and management. Swimming pool and pool bar. The rooms are nice, clean and quite at night.
The hotel is located a few blocks from the beach.
A day trip with bout to the volcano and sun set in Oya is highly recomended. Tickets can be booked at the hotel.
The hotel offers transport to and from the harbor (20 Euro for one way). The bus for a family of 5 is 17 euro one way. The bus is overloaded, and you will have to wait up to 30 minutes in the conecting bus in Thira.
Resturants at the beach are in general expensive. Try resturant Mistral, located a little bit higher up in the willage.
