I booked one night in this hotel and stayed 2 nights more, location is great just 2 minutes down the lake so I could do exercise in the morning around the lake, that's wonderful to start a new day. this street seems noisy at the day time but after 9pm everything getting quiet. Hotel is clean and bright, my room was good with lovely balcony to have fresh air and natural light. All staff were very friendly and attentive, they came to the train station at 4am to pick me up after Sapa trip and gave me 1 room for relaxing and freshen up with no charge, I was really impressed,
Highly recommend this hotel for all customers !

I stayed here for 3 nights total and had a great ecperience with this hotel, the location is very convenient just few minute walking to the lake, water puppet theatre, market and shopping areas. Room was nice and clean, has all you need from the kettle to boil the water to air-con, tv... special mentioned is the bathroom, breakfast was good, free drink whole day like tea, coffe, juice. I booked their Halong Bay tour with Eclipse sail and I really impressed by their so nice room and service.
I highly recommend this hotel.
