Hostel Santantao is located in Praça do Giraldo (Giraldo\'s Square), known as the visitors room of the world heritage city of Évora. Placed in a centenary building, the origin of its name is due to the proximity to St. Antão church.

The only accomodation in the main square of Évora allows our guests to be just 5 minutes walking from every place of interest in the historic center.

Our goal is to offer a pleasant stay and help our guests to know the life, the history and the culture of Évora.

Hostel Santantao has three floors. On the 1st and 2nd floors our guests can find different common areas for relaxing, reading, whatching TV or even checking emails. For those who like to cook their own meals, there is a fully equipped kitchen available in the 1st floor. Finally, at the top of the building is the terrase where our guests can enjoy the amazing view that extends from the city to the countryside.

At the reception area, our guests can find touristic information and cultural guides of the city.

Hostel Santantao has one private room (twin beds), three dorms with six beds and one dorm with four beds. All rooms are equipped with safety lockers, reading lights and windows. The two Giraldo dorms (with six beds) have a balcony and air conditioning.

The hostel provides linen, towels and hot showers 24h in the two bathrooms available.
