The Oakland Guest House, Blackpool, Engeland

We are a small family run guest house situated in the quieter north shore area, we are within easy reach of all the attractions and amenities being only one road back from the promenade and beach. We do not accept stag and hen groups. We are a minimum stay of 2 nights. Offered on a room only basis. Rooms need to be paid for in cash on arrival.

The trams and buses run regularly to take you to all the attractions that Blackpool has to offer. All rooms are en-suite and have a flat screen digital TV/ DVD and beverage tray; rooms are also rooms serviced and supplied with fresh towels on a daily basis. Our rooms are newly refurbished to a modern and comfortable standard but are priced reasonably as we offer them on a room only basis. There are several cafes approx 20metres away that open for breakfast and other meals. We also offer a large communal lounge with a TV and dining area that you are welcome to bring food into or order from a takeaway menu up to 10pm. You are free to come and go as you please as we offer 24hour access and are onsite if you require any help or information, please just ask. We hope you enjoy your stay at the Oakland. There are several cafes just doors away from the hotel that are open for breakfast. All rooms are located up two flights of stairs.

Double, Twin, triple or family rooms are modern and comfortable with flat screen digital TV/DVD and beverage tray.

Accommodation is offered on a room only basis.

A baby cot is only available with the triple room.

The distance from Blackpool airport is 4.7 miles and there is no direct bus routes from the airport to the hotel.

There are taxi’s at the airport and it would cost around £10 direct to the hotel.
