All residents must be 18 or over and provide valid photo I.D on check in. Please note that we require a $50 key deposit to be paid on arrivel that will be refunded when you check out.

no hot water for bath more than 24 hours..
i only got 1 day stayed,instead of 2 days booked..(paid online for 10% deposit for 2 days)

Townsend Lodge had friendly people (staff and lodgers) and was a fairly hospitable lodge. It is conveniently-located and reasonably-priced. However, as this was my first time staying in Perth, more information would have been helpful. For example, decent nearby Wi-Fi spots (free or paid) and maybe more information on reduced prices for local attractions. Also, it was painful to have to more my rental car by 0730 in the morning. The main reason I may not stay here again is that the Wi-Fi on the premises was pretty terrible. But this could partly be because of Australia's reluctance to allow unmetered Internet access.
