Diar Lemdina has three residences, El Bousten, Erraidh and Sidi Bou Said all located within the Medina complex.

The Diar Lemdina offers many international and speciality restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks all located within the medina. The Tunisian restaurant offers buffet style meals. The main reception area has a bar area serving cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The residences have 190 suites in total, all having a balcony, terrace or patio they are fully air conditioned/heated during the high or low season, satellite TV with one English channel, private telephone line, safety deposit box and kitchenette.
