The beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops...all right outside your doorstep or just a short stroll...no need to drive to be someplace special...you are already there!

Each studio has FREE WIFI, cable tv/dvd combo, individual temp control A/C with remote, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone, hairdryer, sony clock/radio with ipod/iphone dock charger, 2 beach chairs with carry-on straps, iron & ironing board.

My studios are located within a condo-hotel and only 4 minutes walk to the beach.

You must present a photo id. upon check in at the front desk. The front desk is open 24 hours and there is no smoking allowed inside the studio. According to Florida Law you OR your companion must be 21 YEARS or over to check in.

There is no cash or credit cards accepted at the front desk so Full payment must be made prior to arrival.

MAXIMUM NIGHT STAY 14 NIGHTS.

Each studio has 1 queen-size bed that can sleep up to 2 persons sharing 1 bed for the same price. Studio comes with clean linen and 4 bath towels and there is an extra charge of $45 if you need more clean towels or the linen changed. There is no stove or hot plate.

Check in anytime after 3pm and check out before 11:am. The front desk can keep your luggage for you if you arrive early or have a later flight. There is a 5 night minimum stay.

Inside your studio there is free high speed internet access, TV with premium movie channels including HBO, individual temp control A/C with remote, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone, hairdryer, sony clock/radio with ipod/iphone dock charger, 2 beach chairs with carry-on straps, iron & ironing board. Your studio comes with one queen-size bed that can sleep 2, your own private bathroom/shower, initial supply of 4 fresh clean towels, linen, supply of liquid hand soap and dial body/hair shampoo shower gel all in one for use on the entire body. Also on the 2nd floor (front-side) of the building there is a 1500 sq ft balcony with a hot tub that you share with the other guests of the building. If you wish to have housekeeping service there is a $45 charge per day. There is NO stove or hot plate for cooking. Strictly NO Smoking inside the studio.

If you are arriving at the Miami Airport the blue super shuttle at the airport costs about $21 per person but it is a little cheaper if you take a taxi if you are traveling with your companion and the taxi ride for 2 will be about $35.00 which will get you faster and a little cheaper than the blue supper shuttle (shared van).

If you want to save a lot of money you can also take 2 buses from the airport. The bus runs every half hour and at the airport go to the Lower Level Ramp which takes about 9 mins walk, Take Bus - 150 - Airport Flyer - Direction: Miami Beach..Tell the bus driver that you want to get off at Washington Av at 16th Street. It takes about 32 mins to get there and it costs about $2.50 per person. Make sure you have enough change to pay for the bus ride. Arrive at Washington Avenue at 16th Street, Take another Bus - 123 - South Beach Local -Leave from Washington Avenue at Lincoln Rd (7 mins drive)Arrive at Washington Avenue at 8th Street and you will see the Royal Hotel sign. Remember to walk to the back of the building to check in.
