It is located in the Prinsengracht around the corner of the Leidseplein with an amazing canal view.

The living room includes a wide screen full HD plasma TV with HD DVD/CD player, digital TV with national and international channels, a 3-seater sofa and 2 sofa beds and a camping bed.

The bedroom has a long double bed, side lamps and tables, and a wardrobe. The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and an extensive set of cook-and kitchenware.

Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 pm

Check-out 11:00 am

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

Damage Deposit (refundable) - 250 euros

Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
