Shinjuku House is located in a calm neighbourhood nearby a small stream, Kanda River (Kandagawa), where cherry blossoms are beautiful and famous spot to have a Hanami party in the spring.

The closest station is within 10min walk and you can use 5 major train/metro lines. Shinjuku station is just one stop by train. So while staying at Shinjuku House, you can easily go sightseeing, shopping and go for a drink at the center of Tokyo.

The house has 4 bedrooms, one in the first floor and three in the second floor. In the first floor, there's a common room with kitchen and dining, which residents and visitors uses as a place to have lunch and enjoy chatting, namely cultural exchange and socialising! Common toilet and the bath are available in the first floor.

There are 3 single rooms and 1 double room.

All the room are well-furnished with a bed.

WiFi are available in all rooms and the common space.

Toilet, bath and shower are shared with other tenants.

From Shinjuku station, take JR Yamanote line till Takadanobaba station. 5min, 130YEN/ticket

Then our staff will pick the tenant up at the station. If the person needs to go to the house alone, there is a local bus from Takadanobaba station. 200YEN/ride. Get off at Otakibashi-kousaten bus stop. From the bus stop to the house, it takes a minute to walk.
