Very clean and a good place to live for the short term. The neighborhood seems a little shady - I would recommend taking the M116 bus at night since it drops you off almost at the door. And a little more light in the room would help but that's nothing unbearable. All in all I would definitely stay here again if I go back

This place is really nice. The staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are looking new. We are four people in each room with a kitchen inside the room. There is no gas yet but it's possible to "cook" with the microwave and there is a supermarket on the corner.
The area is east Harlem which means it's interesting historic area with plenty of place to go out to enjoy music at night.
Really good accommodation for cheap rate.
