At Las Colinas Arena Hotel, we work hard to be a true eco friendly hotel. That’s why we have a proactive environmental policy, train our teams in ‘green’ thinking and encourage our guests to be as ‘green’ as possible. Our 4 Leaves Certification allows us to be one of the selected eco-friendly hotels in Arenal Volcano.

The hotel has 16 standard rooms with warm decoration distributed between the second and third level of the hotel also a Honey Moon Junior Suite and , other Junior Suite with balcony facing the Arenal Volcano, and another standard room on the first level accessible to people with different abilities.

The rooms have the following facilities: table and chair, Cable TV, alarm clock, safety box, refrigerator, glass, cooler, book writing, along with a gift card. In the bathroom you will find a mirror, hair dryer, liquid soap for hands and body, and towels. The Junior Suites additionally provide baths, mini bar with small refrigerator, cups, and a table for two people.

Getting here from San Jose Intl Airport:

You must take the Panamerican highway passing the International Airport following the route with destiny to the pacific coast, looking for the indication of San Ramon, where you have to take the Right for1 Km. After crossing San Ramón follow the road and pass also the town of Bajo Rodríguez, this trip takes about one hour and a half. Then you have to continue and also pass the towns of La Tigra, Chachagua and the last 12 Km. until get to La Fortuna.

When you arrive to La Fortuna, you will pass a Soccer build and a Bulls build, there is Rio Burio Bridge, where you have to take the Right for 2 blocks passing the Bus Station, then take to the Left for half a block and you will find Hotel Boutique Las Colinas.

By Liberia Intl Airport

This is the route to go surrounding the Arenal Lake: It is the best route if you are coming from the North Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, Liberia International Airport and from Monteverde (Starting from Tilaran).

Driving by the Panamerican highway from Liberia, on the Left hand side you will find the entrance to Cañas City. You have to cross Cañas and drive to Tilaran, then to Nuevo Arenal where you will be able to see the Arenal Lake.

In Nuevo Arenal you must take Left, surrounding the Arenal Lake until get to La Fortuna.
