The rooms are rented individually, single occupancy, for periods of from one to a few months. Preference given to those wanting two months or more.

Great location....right next to downtown...just a short hop to downtown by bus or car.

Nice house...clean, comfortable, safe, friendly and quiet.

Tons of restaurants, shops, food carts within close walking distance.

Rooms are fully furnished, with locks, double bed, closet, linens, desk, chair, color television with 70 cable channels, DVD player and state of the art encrypted Wi-Fi system.

Please no in-house smokers, partiers or pets.

We specialize in month+ stays, so please dont inquire about shorter stays.

Check in is after 4:00 pm and check out is noon.

There is room for a bike in the foyer or locked out back.
