In large and beautiful green area with tropical plants and some fruit trees we have 12 apartments and 1 cottage with excellent infrastructure to better receive it.

Our breakfast is served in a very airy and spacious room facing the pool delight you with our delicious and abundant breakfast with fruit, juices, teas, homemade biscuits, breads, cold, cakes, jams, salted done here same.

Our apartments are well ventilated and have the same standard of finishing and treatment antimofo, classify them as a matter of size and some items that give comfort to our guests.

- Especial 1: suitable to large shared terrace, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan,

minibar, TV and phone (top floor).

- Especial 2: suitable to large balcony with hammock and individual seats, equipped with fan,

air conditioning, minibar, TV and phone (ground floor).

- Master: fit very extensive privacy and comfort with individual balcony, hammock and chairs,

queen-size bed box, equipped with fan, air conditioning, minibar, TV (21"), telephone and safe

(top floor).

- Master Combination: fit with 2 bedrooms with individual balconies, hammock, double

queen size bed and 2 single beds, equipped with fan, air conditioning, minibar, TV (21"),

telephone and safe (top floor).

- Cottage: with 2 floors which is the superior suite (bedroom with bathroom) with air

conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV and on the ground floor is the living room with TV,

ceiling fan and telephone, equipped kitchen, bathroom and area service.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.
