The America Praia Flat is a 'residence service' consisting of 80 suitable type, 24-hour reception, restaurant, swimming pools for adults and children, bar, playground and private parking, offering comfort with special care.

Apartments with 48 m² of private area and finishing 1st quality, consisting of combined living room, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and service area, fully furnished, to accommodate a family of up to 5 people.

Colonial-style building, located opposite the sea, the beach Taperapuan, offering security and ample parking.

Room with closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning and 3 single beds (or double and single).

Living room with closet, TV, telephone, ceiling fan, sofa bed and dining bench.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.
