“Las Orquídeas” Home & Study has been born with the objective of giving services to people from other countries and executives who need to stay on Quito for a long or short time. Created in April 2011, our house has been able to satisfy the requirements from students and executives alike, in a cosy familiar and nice environment, in one of the safest neighbourhoods in town, which has security, sportive playgrounds and an excellent environment for recreation.

There is a common area, studio, reading area, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, internet, Wi-Fi, cable TV and dining room. This house is really cosy and comfortable and the family that run the house is friendly and easygoing.

The residence has 6 simple rooms that can sleep 2 or 3 people can be in them. They each have wide living rooms with Cable, DVD facilities, Wi-Fi, a computer and printer, wide reading ground, 2 roofs, study, capacitating centre, 4 bathrooms, open kitchen and are equipped with a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Most importantly, we can guarantee your safety.

20 minutes by car from the airport; we’re in "Autopista Valle de los Chillos" (urbanization) "las Orquideas" in a quiet neighbourhood in which security and recreation areas are all closed by.
