The fantastic Apollo Hotel in Jersey has been graded 3 stars by the AA and is situated in the heart of St. Helier. The cocktail bar at the Apollo Hotel is one of the main public areas overlooking the courtyard garden and pool. This provides an idyllic atmosphere both during the day and in the evening with the pool and garden softly lit.
