From the north:

From the A1 and A11 motorway exit at Firenze Nord follow the signs toward the centre. You will reach the boulevard ring. Take Viale Fratelli Rosselli, Viale Filippo Strozzi which runs around the Fortress. Continue in Viale Spartaco Lavagnini. In the middle of the street there is a traffic light. Turn right on a VIA S. C. D Alessandro, cross Piazza Della Independenza and go straight for the whole of Via Nazionale. After all the traffic lights turn right, go along St. Maria Novella Station and at the second traffic light enter in Piazza Adua. Park at the entrance to the right in Fiume, 17.

From the south:

From Highway A1 exit at Firenze Sud. Go straight for about 7 km along the River. Drive right along the Arno in the direction centre. Turn right into Viale G Amendola, follow the paths of ring changing name from PIiazza Beccaria, Viale Antonio Gramsci, Piazzale Donatello, Viale Matteotti, Piazza della Libertà. In this square you will turn around a big arch of triumph. At three-quarters of the square, in correspondence of a traffic light, instead of continuing on the avenue, turn right to take in front of you the magnificent Via Lorenzo. At the traffic light turn left in Via Poliziano, navigate the avenue and take Via S. C. Di Alessandria. Pass Independance Square and continue for Via Nazionale. After all the traffic lights turn right, continue along Station St. Maria Novella and at the second traffic light enter in Piazza Adua. Park on our entry right into via Fiume 17.

From the exit Firenze Certosa, or by the FI-PI-LI Reach and cross the Ponte Alla Vittoria, go ahead in Viale Fratelli Rosselli, Viale Filippo Strozzi that revolves around the fortress, continue in Viale Spartaco Lavagnini. In the middle of the street there is a traffic light. Turn Right on a Via S. C. Di Alessandria, cross Piazza Della Independienza and then continue throughout Via Nazionale. After all the traffic lights turn right and continue along Station St. Maria Novella Station and enter at the second traffic light in Piazza Adua. Park at the entrance to the right in Via Fiume, 17.

Frim the train station:,

After arriving at the station of Santa Maria Novella, you should take the main exit which is on the left having the tracks behind; cross the street with two traffic lights and after the second traffic light, turn left to Piazza Adua (where there is a station courier). Arriving at the corner with Piazza Adua, turn right in Via Fiume. We are at No. 17, second floor.

From the airport: We suggest you to take a taxi. In 15-20 minutes you can reach us for a cost of about 20 Euros.
