The building consists of 6 apartments, 3 on the ground floor & 3 on the upper floor. Each apartment is about 40 sq.m, very bright & cheerfully decorated. Great care has been given to special details within the apartments,such as the mattresses & the linen which are all of the highest quality.

The sofa beds also have high quality mattresses. The bedrooms have large cupboards & each apartment has an oval table with chairs.

They have a central living kitchen area with a sofa bed which opens out to sleep 2 persons & a separate bedroom with double bed.4 of the apartments have a concertina door which closes to separate the bedroom from living area. One apartment has 2 single beds not sofa beds.

Amenities include: flat screen TV with NOVA satellite service, free Wi-Fi & air-conditioning. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven & hot plate. Some of the apartments have balconies in the front & rear & others have on one side only
