Leidse Square ~ Leidseplein Residence is a modern 2 bedroom self catering holiday apartment which can sleep up to 8 guests.

The apartment is located in a narrow side street off the Prinsengracht canal, just a few minutes walk from Leidseplein. Staying here means that you have all of Amsterdam's night life at your feet and a quiet place to sleep during the night.

This fully equipped flat has two bedrooms and a total of 6 single beds and 2 single sofa beds for all guests to sleep comfortable on! Bed sheets, blankets and linen are provided.

Two toilets (one toilet is separate) with a great rain shower, sink and bathtub make up the beautiful bathroom. Towels will be supplied.

Your modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven to mention a few things. A beautiful dining table is at your disposition.

Hang out in the spacious living room to watch local channels on the flat screen TV. Or plan your day around the coffee table! The choice is yours!

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Please note the following extra fees:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
