From Mexico City you can take bus to Puebla Bus Station (CAPU), from there you can take an authorized cab to San Pedro Cholula, it will take around 20 minutes and the cost will be around 6-8 USD

You can also take a local Bus from the Bus Station(CAPU) to Cholula, and the (Directo) bus stops right at our corner at the 6 norte street. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes.
