Petite Mansion rental is for up to four people and is a perfect base for exploring the city as it is great positioned in the Central Station.This 80 square meter apartment will welcome you into a modern, spacious and well furnished living Area. The living space is bright and has 2 sofa beds, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with all the modern equipments, including dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster and microwave. There is just one bedroom with two real beds. Bed sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.There is a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels will be supplied as well.Smoking is allowed!Other information:There is a washing machine and dryer.***Please note the following conditions:Check-in from 15:00-17:00Check- out by 11:00Cancellation policy is 3 days in advanceWe accept payment by cash & credit cardThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.-Late check-in from 6pm - 10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day). -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
